🌟Add abillity to handle paper tickets #1056

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there is no option for selling tickets that are printed by the event Organizer e.g. with nice prints as souvenir. Also, it may be neccessary to ship extra items.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would suggest following features:
- Add shipping option to tickets and extra items (e.g. online, pickup at office, pickup at event, parcel, ...)
- If pickup is selected link pickup items to ticket QR code or generate a pickup QR code if only pickup items are chosen
- Mandatory address field if any shipped items are in order
- whitelist of countries that can be shipped to. Put only those countrys in address input country field as dropdown.
- option to add shipping or pickup fee, ideally also dependent on order value or weight
- Option to add tracking numbers to the order
- shipment notification to buyer at shipment status change (e.g. shipped, delivered, ready for pick up, ...)
- option for partially shipping an order
This list ist just an ideal idea of the feature. The minimum I would love to see in HiEvents is to add to an event shipping methods and select for every method if QR code tickets should be sent to the buyer or if paper tickets must be sent out. Then there should be a list with orders
