Steps to reproduce

  • Access the CTI interface or NethLink.
  • Start a call or receive an incoming call; the Phone Island interface will open.
  • During the active call, click the Transfer button.
  • Select a user from the displayed menu to transfer the call.

Expected behavior

After clicking Transfer, the active call should be immediately placed on hold, and only then should the user selection menu be displayed.

Expected sequence:
Active call → Click Transfer → Call placed on hold → User selection menu opens → Select recipient.


Actual behavior

Currently, after clicking Transfer, the user selection menu opens first, and the call is placed on hold only after selecting the recipient.

Current sequence:
Active call → Click Transfer → User selection menu opens → Select recipient → Call placed on hold.
