Disable stat tracking by default #4
Description
Have stat tracking disabled by default.
Before this is completed, the below must be completed:
- Add config to disable stats by default
- Update documentation to provide information on stat tracking and how to configure it
- Add a way to set up stat tracking without manual invention from the user (maybe integrate with Pyre Bot)?
