Add OG images for each blog post

Description

Currently all blog posts use a generic OPC banner image for Open Graph. We need to create unique, visually distinct OG images for each blog post to improve social media shareability and SEO.

Requirements

• Design unique OG images (1200x630px recommended for social media)
• Generate or create images using AI (consider using nanobanana or banner-creator skills)
• Add images to website/blog/images/ directory with clear naming
• Update blog.json image URLs to point to new images
• Ensure images are optimized for web
• Test OG image previews on social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)

Expected Outcome

Each blog post has a unique, branded OG image that:

• Includes the post title or key theme
• Maintains brand consistency with OPC design
• Improves click-through rate on social shares
• Better represents the post content
