Support different field margins along width and length of field #233
Description
With the introduction of the goal substitution area, the field margin (distance from outer field line to wall) is now larger at the goal line.
The geometry protocol currently only has one parameter for the boundary width.
Open question: Do we also want to add the goal substitution area width to the protocol, or keep this as static rule parameter in the target software (team AI, autoRefs).
