2 sites, 1 display is screwed up

the 2nd site problem (I think) is css related, but dont know how to fix it. the display doesn't show as it should, the items are listed down the left side as if it's forgotten the formatting. the 1st site, is fine.
I changed the logo and after that, it's gone wrong. the logo was a direct copy of the original, and size matches. I renamed the original and put my logo in the folder of the theme.
I select to change themes, but nothing happens (button click, finish).
I thought copying the new version 3.1.1. over the install might reset whatever has gone wrong, but it didn't.

I'm not 100% sure but BRAVE shield OFF appears to have fixed it for now

Under site url setting use https:// and not http:// and clear cache.
