Installation

Copy python_fu_cartoonify.py into the plug-in folder listed under Edit > Preferences > Folders > Plug-ins.
On unix ensure the file can be executed as program.
Restart GIMP, the plug-ins are listed under Filters > Artistic > Cartoonify
