Make use of inspec instead of pytest for testing the status of Docker containers

At this stage, the inspec instance should be running on our own PC.

• It should work on a production instance (on AWS)
• it should query whether the docker deamon is running on the prod VM or not.

HI Guys, I have the inspec code to run the required test but i am not sure using what tool we would like to automated this process and send logs when it's failed. @lioramilbaum I will be happy for some guidelines if we would like to push the code at this phase only to the test and run it manually or we would like to automated it by using any other tool ? i am on PTO tomorrow but will ping you on Monday and we can talk about it. Thanks.

For the beginning let's start with no automation at all. It should work for each one of us when invoking from our host.
The acceptance criteria for this issue are not clear enough. Could you please address that?
