[Bug] Downloads fail when I switch apps

Problem Description

When I start a download and then switch apps, the download will fail. It should run as a background process.

Steps to Reproduce

Start a downlod of any book.
Switch apps so openlib is no longer in the foreground.
The download will fail very quickly, after a few seconds. May depend on how aggresively your android flavour kills apps.

Log File

Only relevant error is Error: HttpException: Connection closed while receiving data

mmm, i will start working on this. Dont expect it to be released fast because background proccesses are a delicate thing in cross-platform apps.
