[Feature] Add to collection

This action would add to a specified collection the selected item. This would be similar to the operation 'Add Tags', which adds pre-specified tags, but with collections. The same as right-click > Add to Collection > looking for the target collection, but without having to look for that collection, and faster with a keyboard shortcut

I'd also like this feature, including that typing the collection name would show also deeply nested collections. (A problem I have with the current "Add" to libraries and collection is that for deeply nested collection I have to know where the target collection is).
