This is a custom distribution of rapidjson (http://code.google.com/p/rapidjson/), version
0.11. This is a header-only library, no compilation required.

The original README file of rapidjson is at 'readme-rapidjson.txt'.

Note: Unlike the official rapidjson repository, this one doesn't include any example, nor
the documentation.
