Tests: Divi: Improve Test Reliability

Summary

Improves reliability of Divi 4 and 5 tests by:

• waiting for, and detecting, specific DOM elements, rather than waiting an arbitrary number of seconds,
• removing skipped tests, which will need to be reinstated in a later PR. Skipping appears to result in failures

Existing tests pass.
