Overview
Prepares the labelbox SDK for the 7.6.0 release by bumping version strings in packaging (pyproject.toml), runtime (__init__.__version__), and Sphinx docs (docs/conf.py).

Updates documentation to include a new project-sync reference page (via automodule for labelbox.schema.project_sync) and adds 7.6.0 release notes to CHANGELOG.md describing the newly shipped features and fixes.
