I do data science and modeling mostly applied to agriculture, climate, and environment. From time to time, I develop some tools that come in handy for my work and might also be useful for other's work. Some of my tools are related to linking Python to the DSSAT Crop modeling suite.
I currently work on the intersection between Causality and Machine Learning, with a heavy focus on smallhoder agriculture. My current developments focus mostly in tools to support data pipelines for Causal analyses.
