说实话，ai如果滥用这个的话估计会成为灾难，某个喜欢乱禁言的Fairy已经证明了。建议改成suggest blocking，交由骰主判断，骰主再用指令进行一个block。为了防止吵吵，还应设计一个合理的冷却机制。
