This is a fork of the original IntelliJ StarTeam plugin, updated for use with the StarTeam 13 SDK and IntelliJ 12. This is a hack-in-progress, and so is still buggy, however it may be useful to someone. You need to place starteam130.jar in the lib directory in order to build this plugin.
