still will need post-convert fixes or custom_callables for fixing MTS MEGRE and MP2RAGE
- backwards compatible, can index by session name, or substrings of session names. - also updates heuristic to now add 7T scans

note: this still has issues with images with echos, inversions, and mtstates grouped into a 4d nifti (bids wants them as separate 3d volumes) -- will need to update the custom_callable for this.. Also dwi bval/bvec also seems to not be consistently correct, need to look into this.. |
