Multiple truth sets within the same run

Description of feature

Would it be possible to add the ability to benchmark against multiple truth sets within the same run? E.g. by specifying truth_id, truth_vcf and regions_bed for each row in the samplesheet instead of as parameters.

I was thinking back and forward about this issue for a long time..but moving param values to samplesheet might complicate the workflow itself and I am not sure how many people will be interested with that feature.

I think it would be nice to be able to compare HG002, HG003 and HG004 at the same time. Perhaps it could be possible to override the params if you specify things in the samplesheet?

himm, It would probably be possible, yet I need to change how the channels are being managed in the code :)
