nirfsg: Refactor get_deembedding_sparameters to match the interpreter interfaces

What does this Pull Request accomplish?

• This PR is to make get_deembedding_sparameters method to return same types in gRPC and Library implementations.
• We could have avoided overriding the gRPC interpreter and just updated the library interpreter to match the same interface. But codegen needs both the interpretor methods to be overridden together. So we decided to override both and simplify fancy function to use default method template. During this, query for number of ports, buffer management and size handling are done in library_interpreter instead of the session layer. For grpc, the port query would happen on the server.
• This PR also removes 'get_deembedding_table_number_of_ports' function not to be generated in session.py file as its only called by library_interpreter.py file now and grpc interpreter would not have it since it's a private function in driver.

What testing has been done?

• Executed existing system tests successfully.
• Verified no public Python API changes.
• A successful tox run.
• A successful system test execution for 'get_deembedding_sparameters' method in grpc and library. gRPC will be enabled for nirfsg through upcoming PRs.
