The Ulmo release was cut on 2025-10-30, per https://discuss.openedx.org/t/ulmo-master-branch-cutting-ceremony/17453, so the Ulmo release only contains changes through then.

@feoh I think this date was inadvertently changed in #1384. While Ulmo.1 was released in January, we need to be careful to understand that the release itself only contains changes through the cut, which was in October.

I'd love to be careful. What I'd love even more is a mechanism to help me figure out what's correct.

I always look at the previous release's pages to ensure I'm doing the same thing. The key phrase here is spanning changes - this date range describes what changes are in the release, so if you looked at GitHub history, you'd know the date ranges to look for commits.
