- Align lookback with materialized view TTLs (1M -> 2d for market_data_ohlc_15m recipes)
- Switch max-drawdown and OBV to raw fx_trades (1-month TTL) for meaningful time spans
- Use named WINDOW clauses where same window definition is repeated
- Add best_bid/best_ask columns to market_data in demo-data-schema
