This PR adds a guide for Caddy.
I used an LLM to help me with some of the Railway-specific content, since I am not as familiar with Railway yet, but I wrote most of it by hand and verified the Caddy side was accurate.
I'm not sure where to put it in the navigation sidebar. I put it under "Go" since Caddy is written in Go, but that is just an implementation detail... it's not a "framework" like Express or Beego for example. So the language your project uses is irrelevant. Caddy works with any/all of them, even just static HTML.
So, I dunno if you have a recommendation there. Maybe a new subcategory in the nav?
