Improve non-React test coverage and CI workflow hygiene

Summary

• expand high-value non-React test coverage across core, selection, docx-io, markdown, media, suggestion, dnd, list-classic, and related packages
• move app-shaped docx integration coverage into apps/www and clean up fixture/test-helper boundaries
• tighten build, typecheck, barrel, and workflow automation, including CI barrel generation and safer skip markers for bot commits
